About the role: The Director of Programs at Benefits in Action is responsible for oversight of all benefit navigation programs. The pillars of benefit navigation are: Older Adults/Homebound, Adults and Families, and Financial Assistance. Each of these pillars has 5-7 program areas within the pillar.
