Benefits Navigator I

The Benefits Navigator I will connect with consumers from the larger community in the Benefits in Action office, at a satellite location, or virtually. The objective will be to provide direct service to those clients in need of navigation, education, and/or application assistance. The Benefits Navigator I will aid individuals who need assistance navigating SNAP, MAGI Medicaid, or RTD LiVE, LiHEAP. Reports to the Manager of Adults and Families or their designee.

Benefits Navigator III

The Benefits Navigator III will connect with consumers from the larger community in the Benefits in Action office, at a satellite location, virtually, or via community representation and presentations. The objective will be to provide direct service to those clients in need of navigation, education, and/or application assistance. The Benefits Navigator III will provide for education, opportunities, and assistance to individuals in need of navigating specific benefits such as Long-Term Care Medicaid, Medicaid Home and Community Based Services, Social Security Disability, Medicare, Medicare Savings Plans, or Connect for Health Colorado. 

Benefits Navigator II

The Benefits Navigator II will connect with consumers from the larger community in the Benefits in Action office, at a satellite location, virtually, or via community representation and presentations. The objective will be to provide direct service to those clients in need of navigation, education, and/or application assistance. This position will provide education, opportunities, and assistance to individuals in need of navigating SNAP, MAGI Medicaid, LiHeap, RTD LiVE, cash assistance, CCCAP, Medicare Savings Programs recertification, or other community/government programs.

Benefits Navigator IV

The Benefits Navigator IV will connect with consumers from the larger community in the Benefits in Action office, at a satellite location, virtually, or via community representation and presentations. The objective will be to provide direct service to those clients in need of navigation, education, and/or application assistance.​​​​ The Benefits Navigator IV is responsible for managing at least one of Benefits in Action’s grants or contracts including data gathering and analysis and reporting to funder and Benefits in Action executive team.

Director of Programs

The Director of Programs at Benefits in Action is responsible for oversight of all benefit navigation programs. The pillars of benefit navigation are: Older Adults/Homebound, Adults and Families, and Financial Assistance. Each of these pillars has 5-7 program areas within the pillar.

Marketing Intern

The Marketing Intern will work together with the Manager, Marketing and Communications, to build connections with individuals, families, businesses, financial partners, and community organizations through print, social media, radio, television marketing materials.
