Between delays in processing time, repetitive forms, and boilerplate denials, there is good reason to believe that Social Security is like falling into a black hole.

We help cut through the red tape to get you the benefits you deserve. While we can’t guarantee success, we make it easier to apply for Social Security benefits, so you can concentrate on the things that are important to you.
How does it work? Contact Benefits in Action at 720-221-8354 and our team will schedule you a free consultation and case evaluation where our Social Security Intake Coordinators assess your medical and nonmedical situation to determine whether you are a good fit for Social Security.
The Social Security Intake Coordinators will also discuss the Social Security process and any applicable fees at that time. We have no up-front costs, but there is a contingency fee that kicks in only if your case is successful and you receive a retroactive lump sum settlement from Social Security. That fee is governed by Social Security and is the lesser of 25 percent of any retroactive settlement you receive, or $9,200.
As part of our services, we will guide you through the Social Security application and appeals process. We will complete your Social Security application for you after discussing your situation and reviewing any medical or other documents you provide us. We will also help you complete Social Security follow up requests and prepare for examinations with Social Security physicians.
